Why the room
exists.
Sales Tribe started because I kept having the same conversation in the corner of other people's events. The conversation about what is actually hard about the work. About what we tell our teams that we don't believe. About the call we are avoiding.
I wanted a room where that conversation was the main event, not the side one.
How it runs
We meet every two months in Nairobi. The format changes. Sometimes a guest, sometimes a panel, often just structured conversation. There is always food and time to talk.
We don't sell from the stage. We don't run sponsor pitches. The room is the thing.
