How we will work together
The first call
We start with a free thirty-minute call. We talk about what you are working on. If I am the right person, we agree on a container, ninety days or six months, and a rhythm, usually fortnightly.
You bring the work
In each session, you bring the work. A real situation, a real conversation, a real number. We unpack it together. You leave with a framework, the questions you should be asking yourself, and the next move.
Between sessions
Between sessions, you do the work. You can reach me on email or voice note for anything that can't wait.
The close
We close every container with a written summary of what shifted and what you are taking forward.

One-to-one coaching

Team coaching
For sales leaders and their senior people together. Custom container, usually three to six months.
Speaking and workshops
Half-day or full-day. Built around the team and the moment, not a fixed deck.
